We collect your name, email address, phone number, date of birth and a government-issued identity document for verification. We also record the payment references tied to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe transactions to process your deposits and withdrawals accurately.

We share only what is necessary — payment processors receive transaction references to complete your UPI or PhonePe payment, and fraud-prevention services receive device signals. We do not sell your personal data to any third party, ever.

Log in, go to Settings, then Privacy, and submit a data access request. You can also email our privacy team directly. We will compile and send you a copy of your data within 30 days of receiving your verified request.

Yes. Submit a deletion request through the in-account Privacy form or via email. Once verified, we delete your profile and personal records, retaining only the transaction history we are legally required to keep for financial reporting purposes.

Personal profile data is deleted within 30 days of account closure confirmation. Financial transaction records are retained for the period mandated by applicable law in your jurisdiction, after which they are permanently and securely erased from our systems.

We store only the transaction reference ID and order confirmation number generated by UPI or Paytm. Your PIN, wallet password and full account credentials remain solely with your payment provider and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
