Our legal position is built for India but it is not the same in every state or location. When you create or use an account, you must check that access is allowed under the law that applies to you; we make access available only where local

law permits. The terms also cover how account records, wallet activity, device logs, cookies and support messages may be used to operate the account, prevent misuse, answer disputes and meet lawful requests. UPI, Paytm, PhonePe and Google Pay references are treated as transaction context, not as

public profile data. If a court, regulator, payment partner or fraud check requires records, we may preserve or share only the parts needed for that purpose.
